It speaks for itself, our amazing gluten free pizzas are now available every day!

All pizzas come in 2 sizes:

8″ Small=$8.99 12″ Large=$15.99 Meats R Us: 8″ small= $9.50 $12″ Large=16.99

1. Mediterranean pizza- covered in grilled chicken, pesto, garlic, banana peppers, artichoke hearts, and topped with fresh basil and cilantro.

2. Havaiian Five 0- Our version of the Hawaiian pizza is topped with all natural smoke ham, pineapple of course, with cilantro sprinkled on top.

3. Lemon Mamma Mia- This pizza brings some zint to your taste buds. Lemon chicken, fresh tyme, eggplant and tomatoes.

4. The Veggie-For all you vegans and vegetarians, this pizza is for you!!! Made with freshly cut onions, bell peppers, eggplant, olives, artichoke hearts, tomatos, and topped with fresh cilantro.

5. Meats R Us- You meat crazies, this tis the pizza for you. Smothered in beef, all natural chicken breast, and smoked hame, with ths side of some red onions.

6. Build UR Own- Feeling Creative??? Maker your own p izza with your choice of 4 toppings. Feel free to add more, we won’t stop you!

  Our sweet tea and lemonade is sweetened with a natural sweetener which is sugar free, calorie free.  We do Not use artificial sweeteners like splenda, sweet n low, Equal etc. We do offer regular sugar and the new non-bitter version of stevia( natural sweetener) at this time!!!

Hi everyone,

   We are working on sugar free products. We do not use artificial sweeteners like splenda, sweet and low etc.  We are in the process of experimenting  with natural sweeteners. So far the ones we have tried do not bake well. We have tried stevia. Unfortunately,  agave nectar is too expensive to use otherwise it may work. If you  have any suggestions please feel free to email us.  At this time all of our products do have soy. We are also working on soy free products as well.  We are doing the best that we can to meet your needs.

   We are finally open!!  The bakery side of our menu will be open on Monday  April 27, 2009 at 9:00am. As far  as the deli side of our menu, We will keep you posted. Feel free to check up with us.  We will update  you on our progress as soon as we know!!

The New March of the Southern Biscuits

Hello All,

It is great to be able to bring you the announcement that the Southern Style Biscuits have been perfected. After hundreds of failed bisuits, we have found our delicious version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

As for our opening. Great news is that the floors, countertops, cabintes, ceiling fans, new walls, all have been installed. Our resturant equipment will be delivered this weekend, and we will begin calibrating all our ovens and various equipment. We are all so excited to be finally opening.

 

We would like to welcome 2 new members to the TFB Team, Grace and Hannah. They will be working full time with us, and we look forward to having them on board.

 

As for the near future, we are working on pizza dough. We feel that this will be mastered shortly.

Hello Everyone,

Great news is in for you all. As of now, we are officially selling Classic King Cakes! They are NOT currently on the website YET, but as soon as we connect with our website guy (Erick has been slacking about getting back to him) we will put prices up for the King Cake, Bread, Banana Nut Bread, and Cornbread.

You can order them buy either calling in the order, or you can order them online by just submitting as a custom cake.

Hello All,

The new items for sale are as follows:

All cornbread, banana nut bread, and REGULAR LOAF BREAD are now for sale and we anticipate that they will be updated and priced out on the website within the next 48 hours. (thanks Phelan)

Since we have had numerous questions about King Cake, we have to let you all know what is going on with that.

GOOD NEWS!!! After numerous attempts (we are talking a dozen or so) we have had a big leap forward. I believe that we are super close to nailing down a basic KING CAKE for y’all. If things progress as they have the last few days, I hope that it will be finalized by Mid-week next week. Just a reminder that we are a Dairy Free Bakery/Deli, so those amazing fillings that have heavy cream or cream cheese we can not make at this time-but they are on the radar after we do some tweaking.

Other news is that ALL furniture and Restaraunt Equipment has been ordered and now we are just needing to have things signed off by the Fire Marshall and the Health Department.
