Building Update and New Products

Hello Everyone!

We hope that all of you are doing well. We have some joyous news to share. This past week the interior of the building was painted and the floors in the serving area were layed. We are now waiting the arrival for the equipment and have some legal aspects that we need to attend to. (i.e. get signed off by the health department). We are excited about the continued progress and just as excited to open as all you are!

Next week we will start selling Banana Nutt Bread, and various types of cornbread. We are in the process of trying to finalize a king cake, and if any of you have any recipes to share, we will gladly try them. (Even if they don’t meet our allergen requirements we can do some substitutions)

I keep checking your website blog to find out about your opening. I am so excited. I am also super excited about there being a possible Gluten-Free King Cake. AMAZING! I can’t wait!
