Hello Everyone!
We hope that all of you are doing well. We have some joyous news to share. This past week the interior of the building was painted and the floors in the serving area were layed. We are now waiting the arrival for the equipment and have some legal aspects that we need to attend to. (i.e. get signed off by the health department). We are excited about the continued progress and just as excited to open as all you are!
Next week we will start selling Banana Nutt Bread, and various types of cornbread. We are in the process of trying to finalize a king cake, and if any of you have any recipes to share, we will gladly try them. (Even if they don’t meet our allergen requirements we can do some substitutions)

Hello Everyone!
We are excited to be able to have this new blog posting system. We will be constantly using this as a way for us to communicate with all of you through the website. We appreciate all the positive feed back, wonderful ideas, helpful hints, and willingness to offer any and all kinds of assistance. We feel “TRULY” blessed to be able to open our doors soon for all of you.
The update for now is that we have signed a lease. Our location will be at 4321 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. We are in the middle of renovating the current building. It has been there for quite some time, so there has been much to do. Thankfully, as of late, our landlord has been swift on getting what needs to be done taken care of. It looks to us as if we should be open in January. Specific time frame will be posted as soon as we know. We look forward to your emails and if you would like us to try to tackle some recipes or offer specific products, let us know for we are all ears!!!
